Arkansas Father-Son Mountain Biking Adventure: Let’s Shred!

Dads, grab your boys and get stoked for an epic mountain biking trip in Arkansas! We’re hitting three world-class trail systems: Back 40, Coler Riding Park, and Slaughter Pen. These spots are built for shredding, with everything from flowy single-track and jump lines to techy descents and scenic cruisers. Whether you’re a seasoned rider ready to send it or just want to roll smooth, this trip is your jam.

Choose Your Own Adventure

Our ride is designed for all skill levels. Want to tackle gnarly black diamond trails? Go for it. Prefer to keep it chill on green or blue routes? No stress. Everyone rides at their pace, so no one’s holding back or feeling out of their league. We’ll regroup for meals to share some laughs and epic trail tales.

Evening Vibes

After a day of ripping trails, we’ll gather for a fireside chat—a chance to kick back, connect, and make memories. Dads, you’ll have the opportunity to guide your sons through Sand to Stone’s rites of passage, a powerful moment to strengthen that father-son bond.

Gear Up

• Bikes: Bring your own or rent from local recommended local bike shops (HERE). These guys have top-tier mountain bikes and e-bikes ready to roll.

• Pro Tips: Disc brakes are key for those downhill sections, and suspension is highly recommended for a smooth, safe ride. The shops can set you up with the perfect rig.

• E-Bikes: Our location has charging stations, so e-bike riders are good to go.

The Details

• Location: We’re staying at a spot with restrooms, showers, and e-bike charging for max convenience.

• Who’s This For: This is a father-son event, so bring your boy and get ready for an adventure that’s equal parts thrilling and meaningful.

Pricing Includes Dad + (1) Son. You will be in charge of securing your own bike for this event. If you are bringing your own bike and you plan on doing downhill portions of the trails, disc brakes are HIGHLY recommended due to the workload on the braking system. Additionally, a bike with a suspension system makes impact much more manageable.

(This trip is suitable for boys who are confident riders)

This one (1) night, two (2) day trip is going to be mainly about mountain biking, however, if you and your son want to catch crawdads along the stream at Coler, hit up a coffee shop along the riding path, bask in the sun and watch guys send it off the jumps, this is your opportunity to bond with your boy as you guys see fit.
